Management Team   

Sean Harley, President

     Mr. Harley is co-founder and President of Transpac Access. He specializes in designing and implementing eSourcing and low-cost country sourcing programs for clients such as United Technologies, Sun Microsystems, PalmOne, ExxonMobil, and others. He has realized over $200 million in combined savings for diversified manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and high tech clients.

     Prior to joining Transpac Access, Mr. Harley led sourcing operations in the Singapore and Tokyo offices of Free Markets, a global technology company. In 2000, he managed the first eSourcing event in Asia. Later, he managed enterprise-wide sourcing programs that enabled one computer manufacturer to source over $1 billion online in its fiscal 2003. Mr. Harley began his career as the Electronics Material Officer in USS Arkansas, a 600-ft nuclear-powered cruiser.

Carl Greppin, Vice President

     Mr. Greppin is co-founder and Vice President of Transpac Access. He specializes in designing international sourcing programs and helping businesses address international issues. He has realized over $180 million in savings on $1 billion of materials and services for aerospace, general industry, consumer products, and automotive clients.

     Prior to joining Transpac Access, Mr. Greppin led sourcing operations in Taiwan and India for Free Markets, a global technology company. In 1998, he managed the first eSourcing event ever conducted in Europe. In 1999, he led a machining eSourcing event featured in a front page article in the Wall Street Journal. Prior to joining Free Markets, Mr. Greppin served as General Manager at FDC Forging and worked as Finance Manager at Procter and Gamble.

Leon Gan, Partner

     Mr. Gan is a partner in Transpac Access. He specializes in international sourcing and works directly with manufacturing firms in China. He leads the China team of supply management and engineering personnel. Mr. Gan brings a unique, multi-faceted perspective to his clients, having worked and lived both in North America and China. He also brings sixteen years of experience in the metal fabrication and tool-making industries.

     Prior to joining Transpac Access, Mr. Gan served as the first Chinese subcontractor to Free Markets, a global technology company. He managed over one hundred online sourcing events. Previously, Mr. Gan served as Assistant Manager of the sales promotion and marketing department of China Machine Building International Corporation, one of China's largest international trading firms.
